Kenkoh shoes are based on reflexology, a method of pressing on the reflex points on the sole of the feet to stimulate glands, organs and muscles in the body. Unfortunately Kenkoh’s old site did not adequately convey these benefits and subsequently failed to convert visitors into users.

Kenkoh required a website that quickly conveyed all the benefits of reflexology to visitors, facilitated online sales and and ultimately drove conversions.

Strategy

Kenkoh’s business is based on the benefits of reflexology so we immediately set about creating an attractive way to convey these benefits and educate visitors. Once we had that informational structure, we worked it into the product page designs.

As well as educating the user, we designed the product pages to highlight build quality, comfort and style. This helped convince customers of the value of reflexology and persuade them to click the buy button.

Their new website has allowed Kenkoh to expand their service area and they now supply reflexology shoes to customers across the globe.
