Caledonian pride themselves on an efficient and professional service, and have earned customers across a huge range of industries. Caledonian Courier Company have operated in Scotland since 1994. Over the years, they have developed their services and extended their network to establish themselves as one of the country’s leading independent courier companies.

Caledonian have previously invested in a bespoke management system, an online booking system and a fleet of vans equipped with the latest GPS tracking. If a piece of technology will improve their business, they are keen to invest in it.

Three years ago Caledonian’s management team decided they wanted attract new clients. However, with everyone working at capacity there was no one free to lead their marketing.
