For close to twenty years Bob and his team have resold outstanding Bang & Olufsen products to Scotland’s audiophiles. Whether it’s a pair of headphones from B&O Play or a bespoke multimedia installation, every Bang & Olufsen product looks, feels and sounds utterly sublime.
We designed, constructed and marketed Bang & Olufsen’s new eCommerce website, allowing the team to take their products to new markets across the country.
Bob had recently decided he wanted to sell online when he came to us. While the Bang & Olufsen name was well known in the audio visual industry, we knew the website would not instantly hold that authority.
Bang & Olufsen Merchant City didn’t just need a new website but a way to attract customers and make the investment profitable.

With any eCommerce website the navigation and conversion optimisation were key. We broke the store’s products down into intuitive segments and added in feature blocks to the homepage.
We invested a lot of time designing product pages too. Our designs integrated a lot of rich media and showcased the quality and sharp aesthetic look of the product.
In the background our team was working on designing and implementing a content strategy to push the website’s SEO. We researched and wrote highly targeted blogs which created long-term traffic sources to the website. Even months down the line these blogs continue to drive valuable traffic.
